People who are kind and caring ...

Kindness and a generous spirit go a long way. And a sense of humor. It's like medicine - very healing.

Max Irons

Part of the healing process is sharing with other people who care.

Jerry Cantrell

Healing is a matter of time, but it is sometimes also a matter of opportunity.

A bit about the Windsor Place Board...

With a small but dedicated board of directors, Windsor Place functions efficiently as a small non-profit residential facility for adults suffering from traumatic brain injury. We are extremely proud of the compassionate care this staff provides our residents. Respect and consideration for residents is the extra magic ingredient.

Plans for the near-future are taking shape to enable the construction of a fourth house that will enable Windsor Place to provide residential care for five additional brain-injured adults within our relaxed, comfortable, and safe environment.

Steve Keaton, President

A business owner for 20+ years specializing in commercial building maintenance and repair, Steve has been a board member and President since 2009. "I feel very fortunate to play a small part in the direction of Windsor Place working with such a quality board and Director, and have always been amazed at the quality of care Windsor Place has been able to provide for the residents."

Steve is a true native Oregon who has lived in Salem most of his life. In his free time he likes outdoor activities, hunting, fishing, backpacking, hiking and is a member of Marion County Search and Rescue Team 18, currently serving as President of their organization.
